Understand your doctor is there for you and be nice everytime! They work under pressure every day and have to start over with a smile with every appointment and patient. I am grateful to be a part of this clinic family with my children as patients for many years now. Through thick and thin, outside work hours, emergencies, everything in between, they have always been there for us. My children love that when we come in they know us all by name and so do the wonderful pharmaceutical staff next door.nReception know us and always have a lovely chat . Love all the staff.

Guardian Medical Highpoint hasn't been the same since the original Receptionist have gone. The receptionists are very forgetfull. Also need Management. The Doctors are great though.

On friday I was walking into the entrance of the medical centre and I heard Dr nirmal rudely speaking to the receptionist. I dont think its something that should be done in front of patients hence the 2 stars, its pretty unprofessional but apart from that the staff were lovely and helpful.

Since my main doctor here retired I'll have to look elsewherennMy previous Gp was a great listener and would always take care of my situations with my past medical history in mind. Since he has gone my doctor seems to just throw tablets at you without any consideration for my medial conditions and at times just prescribes tablets rather than looking into the issue at hand.nnThe staff are fantastic as is the pharmacy but I don't know how long I'll stick around because of the convenience and customer service of the pharmacy.

Lots of attitude from the receptionist to kick things off. Charged me $119 for an appointment and blood test, which is fine - I understand things cost money - but the salt that came from the front desk was an injury unnecessarily included along with the charge.nnWhen nobody had contacted me for a week, I called to see if my results were in. “Yes, they’re here.” When I enquired as to why nobody had followed me up, she (the same receptionist) said “if everything is fine we don’t usually call.”nnI asked when I could pick up my test results (which I need for my next activity). I was told I had to make an appointment. Apparently even though nothing is wrong (according to the receptionist that is) I still have to spend $80 on a consultation to tell me nothing is wrong.nnWhen I protested, she conceded that she thought it could be bulk billed - which is frustrating, because I also don’t think Medicare should be charged for my wanted to collect an envelope of my own data.nnI’ve now been sitting in the waiting area for just shy of 50 minutes in the middle of a Saturday to get my own information, at the cost of the taxpayer. I think I’d be less offended if dealing with the desk wasn’t such a genuine chore.nnThe doctors are fantastic, let down by their administration.
