Took my son for a blood test the person artending to my child (heather) had 0 experience and hardly even try her best to get the test done. And refered me to go to kellets rd pathology, which is also another disgraceful service. Very poor and lack of experience staff members

I have been sent from one Melbourne Pathology to another with my 6 year old son as they have a stupid rule that requires two nurses to be present at the same time. One centre Rowville Medical Clinic told me to go to another - Kellets Road Rowville, went there to find out that one nurse is on lunch and I need to come back in 25 minutes. When I came back after 25 minutes the other nurse was on lunch even though she knew I was coming back after 25 minutes!! What a joke!! I have wasted hours! Hopeless customer service Melbourne Pathology. Will not be using you again.

Waiting times are disgusting customers waiting over 2 hours to be seen..not worth attending this site I just go elsewhere.sorry since the staff has changed its pathetic.. guy there walks around with coffee and looks so disinterested...needs looking into.

Overall, the pathologists here are great. I usually try & go just before opening time at 7 am on weekdays to avoid the rush of later hours.

I despise blood test, love coming here for the way they treat me. As a sook. They even give me a lolly afterwards.
