Had a medical concern last Saturday, my usual dr not available, have seen 3 practioners here in the last 7 days. Highest praise - they ordered blood tests and scans and all results and follow ups were less than 24 hours. Very caring, professional,thorough and explanations were clear and detailed. Online booking system,confirmations etc were superb. Receptionists (all very busy) were highly efficient, friendly and caring. It could not have been a better experience. A big thank you to everyone.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Mihiri Karunanayake. I'm very sad to say that she was not nice to me at all. No smile on her face and very cold hearted attitude. No greetings to her patients and very rude manner in consulting. Not happy with her service at all. Doctors should be very kind and easygoing towards their patients. But her attitude is not acceptable at all. We are coming to get a service from her. We pay for that. She doesn't have any higher status or anything than the patients. She is just a servant. She does not deserve to become a doctor in Australia. Very sad.

RECEPTION STAFF ARE AWFULnNever answer the phone, and when they do you can hardly hear them and sometimes quite short and rude. I have witnessed them ignore phone calls on multiple occasions whilst they are talking and laughing amongst themselves.nDr Mihiri is awesome and I would give her 5 stars but I am giving 1 star as the management is just horrible.nGet new reception staff because I don't seem like the only one with this opinion!

Never had a really had a problem with the Reception staff. Perhaps at times they need to bit speak louder. For what ever the reason, 9 times out of 10 you always have to wait too see the doctor even though an appointment had been made. I don't mean 5min at times 20-45min. Difficult to see the same GP, they always seem to rostered away for a few days. Doctors need to smile occasionally

Given the 1 star to the management of the clinic. I would give the doctor I see 5 stars but don't want the clinic getting the positive feedback. I have to wait way too long for medical records to be released to income protection company that takes way too long once they eventually get it. This leads to extra stress/ anxiety & depression due to having my money for things like food, bills & rent held. Ive got chronic back & body pain, can't work or have any normality in my life financially. Thanks Rowville medical clinic for making this experience even more crushing!
