Tried this place out as it operates out of the same venue as my optometrist. Hadn't had a check for a long time but the audiologist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has great interpersonal skills, explained everything, was thorough and honest.nnTurned out my hearing was in the normal range for my age so did not require any hearing aids. She did not try to push any products or services on me but was honest with the assessment. Looks like I don't have any excuses now when the wife asks me to do more chores around the house. I can't say that I didn't hear her.

Rowville Hearing provides excellent service ,Yin Chen is great, she is an extremely professional, friendly and caring audiologist.nnMy father has experienced tinnitus issues and I took him to see Yin Chen at Rowville Hearing. Yin has offered my father very helpful and informative consultation, being extremely patient and caring. The staff there are amazing and the customer service is so welcoming!nnWould highly recommend Yin Chen at Rowville Hearing to my friends and family.

I took my 7 year old son to see Yin at Rowville hearing because he said he couldn’t hear from one ear. She was patient, gentle and funny and he felt comfortable with her. She gave us a full report of his hearing and was able to diagnose and tell us what to do to rectify it. Excellent service! She also followed up to make sure he was okay! I highly recommend Rowville hearing!

I took my dad to Rowville Hearing a few weeks ago. The audiologist Yin was friendly and professional and very thorough in her assessment. She took her time in explaining everything and answered our questions without rushing us out the door. She educated myself and my dad regarding his hearing condition and offered a solution which was helpful and affordable. Highly recommend Rowville hearing.

Great service, professional and friendly! It was my first time wearing hearing aids as a younger guy and Yin Chen was empathetic in helping with the transition. My hearing had improved heaps, and now I can hear my kids !
