Sure, AusPost can do better (I suspect like the vast majority of postal services in the world), and understandably everyone can’t smile constantly all day, but I have found the staff in Sunbury consistently effective, always professional, and even enjoyable most visits.

Extremely rude staff (ladies). Every time I used this branch, I had the same experience. You tell them “hello, how are you” and the ladies just stare at you with an empty look. You repeat “How are you”, the result is the same! I am not exaggerating; it really happened to me!nnI wanted to post items and asking for a box and the lady intentionally stressed me by saying Oh! you may need a bigger box which even makes it more expensive! I said sorry there was something a bit heavy mistakenly in the bag (no need to be sent) and she said the result is the same! It was completely obvious that it was definitely intentional.nnAlso I paid a lot for my postage, they prompted me to forcibly buy a pen of $ 1.10 which is not worth that amount at all. I threw it way.nnIn this branch, it happened to me many times that asking the same question from different staff, gave me completely different result!nnThis branch’s manager seriously needs to have a training session with the staff (ladies mostly) regarding customer service principles in the modern society.

Lovely ladies there! My mother purchased from USA and didn't have a parcel locker number attached so I went in this morning to see if they could help me in receiving the parcel without the number, Anna served me and put the tracking number in and told me where it was and also printed out information for me with a tracking number on it. Absolute horrible service from the old lady’s at the desks judging their customers. disgusting need to retire or sacked ASAP

Rudest staff I have ever met I don’t understand how they got the job there to be honest. Waste my time and give me wrong information. I hate sunbury post office and I hope they hire ALL NEW STAFF.
