Was very impressed the first time I attended this practice. The Doctor and Manager at the desk were both great to deal with. However, when going for a second appointment, after leaving work early to get there- I was called by reception saying that I would need to be there half an hour earlier than my booking as mine was the last appointment of the day and the Doctor would like to go home early. So obviously I missed my booking and left work early for nothing. Very unprofessional.

Lovely, approachable staff who are caring and professional. This clinic have appointments readily avaliable most of the time which is extremely convenient. I have been twice and had great experiences both times.

I wanted to share my experience with Resolve Medical. I am very impressed with the level of support from the doctors and the director of the clinic. I had the doctor call me and follow up on my appointment which I have never had before and felt real care. I have also taken my kids for flu injections and they looked after them and made them feel comfortable. I recommend this clinic to others.

Very Good Bulk billing medical centre.Got appointment same day with good GP and good staff and nurse and got blood test done on same day.

Fantastic clinic, Doctors and staff. I had my blood taken by the Practice Manager Jodie and I didn’t even feel it! Jodie was amazing and extremely helpful, as are the doctors also. We have moved the entire family over to this clinic and highly recommend.nBoth of the Doctors and Jodie have been great with my kids too, my 4yr old didn’t cry for his immunisations - she is so gentle!
