I knew exactly what procedure i needed done. Have had it done before. Was told I would be paying $250 and $73 refund from Medicare. The receptionist checked with the Dr before giving me these numbers, I wrote them down. Then on the day it is $400. Not happy. Especially when I checked before. I raised it.. receptionists look at me like I'm stupid.
Great to have a high quality ophthalmology practice in Sunbury. The practitioners there can handle the majority of my ophthalmology referrals without the inconvenience of a trip to Melbourne. A very friendly team!
