Didn’t have to wait too long. Fast paced and great team work. Very friendly/ caring staff and optometrists. Highly recommend !

Felt rushed to buy glasses on first visit. Decided to walk in 9.15 on a weekday and was told short staffed and no one able to help me, because i did not have an appointment. I couldnt try glasses because they needed to clean them after! Not sure how interested you are turning customers away because it is inconvenient for you.

Inexperienced , impolite, unprofessional and racist team of Sepecsavers at Sunbury Vic.nnThey did not allow kids to sit in the waiting room despite it being empty, confirmed appointment and the store having less than 5 customers. moments later other families with kids entered and waited in the waiting room, such hypocrisy. The optometrist provided incorrect results, now have to get it re-tested from another optometrist. Spoke with the manager Bowrny who no different than the impolite rude staff. They lack customer service, lack ethical etiquettes, lack common hospitality. This is the worst and most unprofessional staff of Specsavers ever. Save your time and find a better brand/optometrist Bupa/OPSM etc..

I recently realised there'd been some confusion with the Contact Lenses I'd purchased my granddaughter for her birthday. She hadn't realised the contacts were scripted for each eye.nWhen I contacted Spec Savers I was shocked at how quickly & generously they sorted out the mix up.nI couldn't have asked, nor expected better service; and I'd just like to thank them for the excellent outcome, especially as it was in the middle of the COVID outbreak & I know they went above & beyond to replace the contacts as quickly as possible. Highly recommend the staff at the Sunbury store.
