Dr. Colin Chan

Dr. Chan doesn't speak much. But he's a good listener. In his 80's, jet black dyed hair, mostly skeleton with support of a few muscles and ligaments, Dr. Chan has been defanged. According to a sign outside, his clinic can't prescribe morphine, duromine and benzodiazepines.
