Been to this center on saturday 14 of march in the morning and served by and older lady, i didnt catch her name but she was verry rude and didnt make you feel welcome.

One of the Indian staffs is so rude. She has no customer service skills or welcoming attitude whatsover when client comes into the counter. Other staffs were very helpful and listen to what you have to say. But that particular staff seems like she has no passion for her job.

I have been to this centre 3 times and each time I always get this certain lady. I'm unaware of her name but on each visit she was very rude, didn't say much at all, did not make me feel welcome nor comfortable and gave me an overall uneasy feeling. Other people I know have had the same experience with her. We have now found another centre to attend.
