Very Long wait time. Only did 2 referrals in 45mins. Very slow service. Need to train them more if they can’t do the job properly. Not acceptable at all

My experience was fine for waiting times and for blood test.. including a Fasting 2hr blood test. I arrived early and was seen soon after another patient. It's has limited opening times and because it is right near several doctors if you're doing several tests or need it done that day, arrive at opening times, otherwise head to the other Dorevitch up in Gladstone Park which has two nurses and are open later to ensure your test is done.

Been trying to call and make an appointment for a week. I have called over 20 times and the phone is always busy. Not sure who is on the phone 24/7. I also tried to call after hours to see if the phone rings and also its still on busy. Wont waste my time anymore and if the number has changed, then website and documents need to change. Ridiculous service.

Always late. Staff casually open it 10 mins late without an apology like we are putting them out.
