I've been attending this practice for more than 30 years. They have managed my chronic health condition with extreme professionalism and care. Never a problem. In those 30 years I have Seen 3 doctors. All Fantastic and take their time, Never rushed out, Always Listen. You wont be treated like a number at this practice.

Very disappointed. Made a booking on the phone asked for the cost, was told they bulk bill if you have a Medicare card. After appointment, they charged me $70 but said I could claim back on Medicare, but I had to do it myself. Didn't provide an invoice, just an eftpos receipt. The Doctor told me to ring in a couple of days for my results, which I did and to book another appointment to discuss them, which I did. Half way through the week someone called and said I had to make an appointment to discuss my blood tests results, So I called to check if the follow up appointment I made was noted - it was. I had to ask again for an invoice to claim back on Medicare. The receptionist said they usually do the claim while I am there but checked and realised it hadn't been done on the first visit.nI arrived to my 2nd appointment and they told me it had been booked as a tele appointment, but not one person shared that with me at the time of the booking or when I called previously. They changed it to a face to face appointment and then charged me another $75 just to get my blood test results. I queried the bulkbilling and they said that's only if you have a healthcare card, but that is not displayed ANYWHERE on their website and was NOT clarified on my first phone call or booking. Receptionist did the Medicare claim this time and gave me the invoice evidence, but although everyone was nice, I won't be back. To be out of pocket over $70.00 without knowing beforehand on either occasion, with all the miscommunication surrounding appointments is simply just not good enough. I wouldn't offer a recommendation for anyone else to go there either.

Will not be back.nWhen booking I asked if they run on time as I have very busy days. Was told yes they do. I waited 45mins till I was seen.nThe dr then took a mobile call in the middle of my appointmentnAnd to top it off They lied about price. They told me several times the visit would cost $70. I had my appointment. And they charged me $150!

I had the worst experience ever, at least one year ago with Dr Bindiya. It still makes me incredibly sad to think of. I expressed a lot of my symptoms to her preying she could help my but unfortunately she made me feel humiliated and said “what do you want me to do about it?!” I was lost for words to hear that from a doctor when that is their literal professional to “know what to do about it,” or at least shed some light on the possibilities.nI am pleased to say I finally found a good doctor that could actually help. Please find yourself a good doctor peoples. X
