Prior to going to Up and running walking and even standing was a painful experience on a daily basis , I was taking pain killers and anti inflammatory tablets just to get to work .nnOver a space of 5 years I had been to physiotherapy and many doctors, but no one could help mennWith nothing to loose I limped into the team at up and running and the team have been amazing Lochie put a plan together and together we accomplished something that I truly grateful for .nnI can walk pain free without drugs and now enjoy down hill mountain bike riding and playing with my kids I'm a changed mannThanks

I have not been able to break the cycle of injury with my running for the last year. With Alec's advice I am back to running again with a plan to follow. He worked with me, with evidence-based plans that have improved my foot dynamics. Thanks goes to the Alec for is excellent communication and advice - can definitely recommend him.

Alec and the team at Up and Running Podiatry were amazing. I had an ongoing condition that I thought I would never be free of but after great positivity, persistance with treatment and professionalism I was met with an incredibly amazing recovery and am happpily back on the run and hitting the pavements. Thanks so much to Alec for all the support. 100% recommend Up and Running in Williamstown.

Had a great experience at Up and Running in Williamstown. Alec gave me some great treatment which allowed me to get back to my regular sport!

The name says it all. I’m up and running again!!!nI came to Alec after being told by another podiatrist that I would need surgery for my Morton’s neuroma condition. There had to be a better way and there was. Alec formed a structured plan and some orthotics and within a year I’m back to running regularly, pain free!!!! I would highly recommend Alec. Five Stars.
