Excellent Doctor.

Do not go to see this so called doctor. He absolutely destroyed my nose, both inside and out and as a result I ended up needing revision rhinoplasty costing almost $30,000. My nose was not right and I could tell straight after surgery. It was strange in shape and nothing like the pictures I’d shown him in terms of what I wanted it to look like. I assumed the swelling would go down but it never did and it just remained strange looking, chubby and with no shape. Not only that- it hit a point where it began to collapse after the one year mark. After going to my amazing plastic surgeon who fixed this poor excuse for a human beings work, I was informed that my septum was completely removed as well as nearly all of the cartilage in my nose- hence why the tip was drooping and hence why I now have a plastic implant in my nose for the rest of my life.nnI would like to add that Mr Thomas also knocked my two front top teeth during surgery resulting in loss of feeling in both and my needing a root canal in both. I was constantly mentioning this loss of feeling in all my consultations and Mr Thomas would just laugh and pat me on the shoulder saying the feeling would return. My dentist then realised the roots in both teeth were dead as a direct result of being knocked during this surgery and that I needed to get these root canals done ASAP. I could have lost both of my front teeth had this not been picked up and as a result of the discolouring on these teeth I’m now going to need veneers.nnAfter being extremely upset and writing a letter to Mr Thomas he responded that I legally waived all my rights in signing the documentation I signed prior to my surgery and as a gesture of “goodwill” he would foot the bill for my root canal treatment, clearly admitting he knocked my teeth during my surgery. Shame his “goodwill” did not extend to the other five figure amount that I had to pay as a result of him going rogue with a scalpel during my procedure.nnDo not trust this awful old man with your health. He may come across as polite but when it comes to apologising for ruining someone’s life and cleaning up his mess, he’s too spineless. The above rating is only one star as Google does not allow anything less however I can assure you this is a ZERO star rating.

Mr Thomas was excellent in seeing to my mothers condition. He stayed back to put her in for an emergency procedure. His wonderful bedside manner assisted in keeping the rest of the family calm. My mother had a procedure done in her nose to stop extensive bleeding. Which she has been hospitalised 3 times for in the past.
