Inexperienced staff members. Not even trained to take calls from a customer and retrieve necessary information. They said they were going to do the test and after driving one hour there, the lady told me that they couldn't do it on weekends. Sorry wont save 2 hours of my time, toll and fuel. Please train your staff.

First of all the lady there used an extremely barge needle which hurt like hell and bruised up and secondly Absolutely disgusting to have a large amount of blood taken then be called the next day to be told you need to come back in and get another blood test as your blood was contaminated!!!nAsked for a manager to call me and discuss further no body called or bothered to explain how it was contaminated in there own lab!!!nWould not recommend to go to this place ever!!!

We have been doing our blood work there until yesterday, our GP found out that they missed a TFT test although it was clearly written on the request form. We had to go there again to draw more blood.

The women said she had experience in taking blood from 4 year old. She didn’t bother strapping her arm to have a clear view of her vein. She put the needle in her arm, when my daughter started screaming I look down to see the nurse moving the needle sideways in and out. At which I said what’s going on. She removes the needle and tells me to come back next week, that she doesn’t know why but her blood isn’t flowing today! “Seriously her blood isn’t flowing” I couldn’t believe this women she clearly missed the vein and that’s why the blood wasn’t flowing! How dare she lie and make out she did no wrong! She left my child traumatised and bruised. This blood test was extremely important for her health and now I have no hope of being able to get her to sit there to have someone else do it.nAvoid this place, do not take your children the nurses here are not experienced at all!nTHEY ARE BUTCHERS, not pathology.....
