Very clean and new clinic. As soon as you walk in welcomed by polite receptionist. Dr. Hassan is a very knowledgeable Dr. We took our 2 year old daughter there and she hates doctors but Dr Hassan was very good with her. Would highly recommend this clinic to whom ever needs eye attention especially parents with young kids!

Just had a minor eye surgery for a chalazion. Process was very simple and Dr Ahmed Hassan was very understanding, patient and explained everything to me in detail as I was very nervous. Procedure was quick and gentle and I can't believe it was already over. He was very friendly and I would 300% recommend. Place is also very modern and clean and highly professional.

We took our 3years old boy for eye checkup. After checkup he said that left eye optic nerve is thick which is a sign of glaucoma but when we got report there is no glaucoma word mentioned also no urgency is written on referral.nHe recommend my child to royal children hospital which i got more than one month waiting period appointment.I had a conversation over the phone with receptionist for changing referral to monash children hospital. She discussed with doctor and said there is no doctor in monash can help him about his condition ,so that means it is urgent but nothing mention on referral.I really concern about my child because its about his eye. Doctor Ahmed didn't talks about treatment. If this condition is not known by Dr Ahmed then he should make an referral urgent basis. If the situation get more worst then saying sorry is not gonna fix my baby's eyes. Receptionist told me doctor will call but one week gone no call why so delay in process for treatment if doctor doesn't understand the case at least he should refer in urgent basis. May be for them its not important for him because he never seen this case before but for me my child is more important than anything.
