I rang the receptionist (line was blurry but he’s name should be Gary) and requested him to resend me a medical certificate. He said I would receive it in an hour. Checked 3 hours later no email. I called at 2pm and he asked me to check junk mail box which I did. Called again at 5:30pm Jess helped me double checked no medical certificate has been organised for sending out. The staff Harry LIED about it and even asked me to check the spam mail box. Very unprofessional and medical centre shouldn’t hire a staff that tell lies. I don’t mind if it takes time to do it but lying is unacceptable. And he was pretty rude the second I called. Worst staff ever.

Very hard to get through their phone system to even make an appointment, half the time I get hung up on after waiting ages or it keeps putting me further back in the cue. It definitely needs updating or fixing. Other than that Dr shazia is the nicest doctor there who truly listens to you.

Receptionist was lovely but dr Jafar was surprisingly rude.nnAnd he gave me the wrong meds at the wrong dosage after I clearly stated what i needed

Reception staff could have better manners. But the Dr Mirza is brilliant

Jafar Ahmed is rude and grumpy. He won't let me talk. Never met any GP like him. Obviously he doesn't care his patient.
