The new owners are terrible. Today she was talking to who knows on an ear piece why she was serving customers. They have lost my parcels twice and that's purely because they were too lazy to look up. The lady refused to certify a document for me. Giving me no real explanation and talking on her phone while doing so. As locals we are forced to go there. Especially during lockdow. Was hoping the place would get better but continues to get worse. Do not recommend

How hard is it to make sure you don’t run out of stationery like prepaid satchels guys? pick up your game, I bet most people wouldn’t even go in here if there was another option.
