Awesome service, got my package 4 days early.

Some customer services being difficult to certify paperwork and not willing to help, even thought you provided enough documents, photo id and digital copy. On the requirements said it optional, but they demand not require document to be sight, i gave them the digital copy, but they said, nah, need hard copy. So incompetent to do the job!

Lots to look at and helpful staff

I have always found the staff at Bairnsdale very easy to deal with. They are courteous, professional and helpful and I was sorry to hear other customers found their interaction with ths PO less than satisfactory.

I had a really good experience at the Bairnsdale Post Office. People were super friendly and the service was the best if experienced in Australia Post.
