Coleman's Music Lynbrook Store

I love shopping at Coleman’s Music. The range they have is the greatest in the area and the staff have great knowledge and are really laid back. There’s no pushy sales tactics, people who like music just there to give you advise and tips if you need it. I’ve bought too many guitars and too much equipment on here to list (in case my wife finds out). Thanks to the team, highly recommend.

Been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for years now, but do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for your music gear. Sky Music, Billy Hyde, Deluxe Guitars, Drummers/Guitar Paradise, anywhere, just give other shops a go before you step foot here.nnAside from the Drum guys, the service is just so poor and my latest experience with Mick has really made sure it's the last time I go there.nMany times have I been close to the only customer in the store and the guys won't even bother to say hello, offer help or even give you help when you ask for it. I've tried my chances at buying a guitar and amps here, but the lazy staff just sigh and decide not to set anything up for you unless it's already in their rehearsal room. Just outright lazy. You bet I got my gear elsewhere after that.nnAnd now with a sale going on, I thought I'd give these guys one more try. Instead wasting our time with poor service and getting turned down out of laziness, my brother and I see what we're looking for in a rehearsal room for a demo. That's when Mick came through with his rude attitude to say we need to ask first. It's easy to see where the poor service comes from when the boss himself has an attitude problem.nMaybe if you fixed that, then we'd happily comply. But for years now it's been a constant disappointment of a music shop. The good days of the helpful staff at this place are long gone. Not spending another dollar here.

Coleman’s is a great store. I have only purchased some small items there so far but their service has always been excellent. Even their online presence is great. They got in touch about my inquiry fast and gave great advice. Would highly recommend this store.

PROFESSIONAL & GENEROUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Purchased a 1/2 violin from this store this morning and a lovely lady helped us (I really wish I asked for her name ud83dude1e), she took her time to pick the perfect size violin for my daughter, she tuned it and applied the rosin to the bow, she did all this, so willingly and also made sure my 5 year old daughter understood how to take care of it. Thank you so much to the lady with the short red hair and wore glasses. You’re a gem in the business! All the best God bless!.

Coleman's is an awesome music lovers experience! Gigantic store full of instruments, music books and gear I have been having all my musical needs met here for myself and my business for the past 25 years and have always been very happy with the attention, care and service I receive. Ros and Michael and their staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Definately a 5 star service and a great asset to the community
