Hearing Australia Sunshine

Hearing Australia is one of the rare hearing clinics that charge a consultation fee of $99. I have been searching for a trustworthy Audiologist and clinic that will provide exceptional service because hearing aids are an expensive investment, especially when you have to go back to the clinc and have them serviced, maintained etc. Unfortunately, I was provided a very brief consultation for less than 20 minutes at this clinic. The audiologist did not ask any questions on my lifestyle, occupation or what I struggle with the most. Only did a brief hearing test, and showed me a hearing aid that he recommended - without even attempting to get to know my lifestyle and or know me as an individual, or how the hearing aids would fit my life. I had to ask him if the hearing aids he recommended would actually suit my lifestyle. I have been to few clinics that have not charged a fee and have provided much better exceptional and thorough services including a 1 hour consultation, showing a variety of hearing aids, explaining how they work, what I will get out of these hearing aids and how they will make changes to my hearing. Unfortunately I would not go back to this clinic. I do trust to have my hearing aids managed, maintained or serviced by them either. My advice for others, follow your gut instinct and a trusted relationship with audiologist is very important when investing in hearing aids. Always observe - How much time and effort they are investing you? Are they getting to know you? and how much do they know? are good factors to look for in an Audiologist.nnExtremely disappointed that I wasted $99 for poor quality service.

This is one friendly professional shop to go to, I am extremely pleased to receive the service I got and felt at ease dealing with staff that knew their product.nthanks guys , your a credit to your profession.
