Specsavers Sunshine was top notch in everything ranging from service to eye tests. A special shout out to Jessica H. who was really informative by walking me through each process of the test in addition to answering personal questions on issues particularly concerning my eyes and what actions I could take to salvage and maintain my current eyesight. Most importantly, they didn't try to sell me on any kind of out-of-taste products designed to maximise profits. I felt very well taken care of (I wish I could remember the names of the rest of the staff), the ladies and gentleman working the front were very accommodating and really deserve a lot of love for being so helpful. You guys are awesome.

A young man helped tightened my glasses last week. He did say he was new and had a very friendly manner. Got another man to help him fix my glasses as he found it was also quite bent. To be honest, I was quite surprise how friendly these staff are compared to other Specsavers. Good to see they practice covid safety here also. They have temperature checks done at the front and a table to restrict overflow of customers.

We needed our glasses fixed. The first person was new they said, however they got a more experience staff member. Very impress with friendliness of staff.

I visited the store today ( 9th of October) and left feeling beyond satisfied with the level of professionalism and how helpful every staff was to attending my needs - from the optometrist, consultant etc. They were all so welcoming, wiling to help and made the experience memorable and positive. I recommend visiting this store, you will be reminded that there are good people in this world. Thank you to every single one of yous for working hard during these tough times, we appreciate you.
