Dr . Margaret is a great doctor, I've been seen her for 6yrs in Melbourne and even though I move to Geelong a year ago I still travel just to see her and cant see any other doctor and she worth 1hr45 Min drive and more . Thanks doctor Margaret for looking after me and my family . We love you ♥ufe0f

Doctor Margaret Vo is a very good doctor but recently when I rang up to make an appointment for my new-born baby, the receptionist wouldn't let me finish talking before she said they're all booked up and not taking any new patients then hung up on me. Me and my partner don't have much support and really depended on our GP for advice and reassurance due to our inexperience. My baby is unwell and thank the people on the maternal help line for their help and being there for us when our local family GP refused to even have a conversation let alone see us. I can understand due to COVID there may be stricter rules but to treat us like this was unwelcoming and we no longer feel comfortable or wanted here. We will put our trust somewhere else. I didn't want to say anything but even the nurse suggested we make a complaint.

I can never book an appointment and the receptionist is just so rudennEdit: I always call first thing in the morning so instead of trying to blame it on the patient you should get your fact straight. Worst customer service.

I dont like going to Doctors but Margaret is great. She really listens and understands.nThanks for being a doctor I can actually talk with and I know you listen and seek the best answers for me.
