The staff gave me excellent service and communication in my online guitar purchase through their eBay store front. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had a huge refund on my shipping costs. My guitar was packed very well and arrived fast all the way to Perth in great condition. I can't recommend them highly enough for this. After a lot of recent disappointments with overseas sellers it's so great to deal with an Australian based shop that provides good service.

Went in today to drop off my guitar for what I thought would be a reasonably lengthy repair. The young man fixed it on the spot with no charge. It's this type of service that makes me appreciate why it's important to shop local whenever you can. Have always received this type of service when I have purchased items or just gone in to ask advice. Can't do that online. Great place and great staff.

My online shop with these guys was quick and easy, and the package was delivered to Brisbane 2 days later. Happy days!
