Very disappointing. We purchased 3 frozen yogurts and the cost came to $35? How on earth can they justify this cost? For 3 cups of yogurt (not overly full I might add) and 4 lollies. If I had known (which I couldn't have because there are no prices listed anywhere in the store) I would not have purchased there. I feel this is deceptive. The prices should be clearly marked as once you have placed the ingredients in your cup, you can't put them back. The yogurt of course is great, but not at that cost. Never purchasing there again.

Today was my third time trying frozen and i must admit i didn't think much of it at first however i am completely blown away everytime by the amazing customer service! The service here is by far absolutely sensational! I was served by the manager, Sophie. She has always been a pleasure to deal with. Her positive energy and welcoming vibes is what gets repeat customers. I can tell that she really cares for the business and especially the customer, myself included. I would give 10 stars for customer service ifni could. Thanks Sophie for always taking care of my friends and I. I Will definitely come back and since I've already been raving so much about it my friends and family can't wait to come past!

Toppings were fine, price was okay... Yoghurt flavours were not very good. Cookies and cream tasted like soap??

Great coffee friendly staff Terry makes the best fresh Sandwiches to order and an expert at her coffee making. So drop in and see her and Melik and grab some of the best frozen yoghurt and they have vegan yoghurt too I'm giving 5 stars
