Sold out of Ray Ban Aviators, which is kind of like McDonalds selling out of cheeseburgers.
Rose was amazingly helpful with a broken pair of sunglasses, above and beyond service!
We purchased a pair of Ray Bans but had to wait for ages to be served as it was a weekend and only managed by one staff. We noticed many people were waiting and left as they were not served. Can't blame the staff but I believe the management should try and have more than one staff to be manning the place especially on weekends. They could potentially increase their sales, just my point of view.
Friendly and helpful staff member at this store. Thank you Thomas (consultant) for exchanging the sunnies from a blue lens to a black lens.
I should have written this review sooner - Nikolina is AMAZING! I bought a pair of D&G sunglasses which I never took out of the box for a while because they just weren't my style. Nikolina was so obliging, allowing me to make an exchange for a much more suitable pair. Nikolina made a great effort to get to know my personal style and find the right frame for my face. I believe she is heading off to Sydney Sunglass Hut which will be a great loss to us here. I'm so happy with my new pair of sunglasses that I actually wear! Faultless customer service. Hopefully her skills are passed on to others. Thank you Nikolina :-)
