David did an excellent job in selling our property. He navigated through some difficult situations that came up with buyer's, making it much easier for us to sell at a price we were happy with. We will certainly use David again if the need arises and have no hesitation in recommending him to other's.

The most untrustworthy person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life, David first sold my property at 97 Marlock Drive, Greenwood for 390K to an unsuspecting venerable 70+ year old single lady WITHOUT disclosing the lot was strata titled. She was able to get out of the contract. David then sold the property for 375K and assured me he would pay me back the 15K difference, if I was to give him more properties to sell. Believing this deceitful excuse of a man, I listed 32 cooper rd, Morley with him and signed a exclusivity agreement. The second he was to pay me part of the $15K he reneged on that deal.nFurther to the disgusting behavior he has now stopped doing home opens at Morley. I am stuck 15K out of pocket and locked into an 3 month exclusivity agreement with a company not making a suitable effort to sell it. DAVID SEAH AND REALMARK - massive thumbs down!!!!
