Always had a positive experience at Specsavers Warragul. Recently, I had broken my new glasses accidentally. I rang Specsavers that day (on a Saturday) and told them about what happened. Wes informed me to come in before 1 and they'll see if they can fix them. When I arrived, Wes put my lenses in a brand new frame and then made sure they fit correctly as well.nI really appreciated the service that day and felt looked after as a customer. Chris and the team are always friendly and will receive my business for many years to come.nnI also have a very similar experience from a couple of years ago when my daughter broke an arm of my old glasses. Fixed for a ridiculously cheap price. You will be pleased with the experience at Warragul Specsavers.nnThank you guys.

My eye problem got worst since I got glasses from them. Checked 4 times in a year but ended up with incorrect glasses & lot of trouble with eyes. After reporting issue got reply 'all the best for future eye care', means they don't care how much trouble they caused me.nTo the owners response: Already submitted feedback & got response as mentioned above 'all the best for future eye care'
