recently added a second bike to my collection and I received really great service. Tony was really helpful. John took the time to assemble my bike in a hurry. I highly recommend his service and would definitely add more bikes to my collection from them when I can.

Consistently good service, no matter who you talk to. None of the usual bike shop macho attitude. No arrogance. Just helpful service. Looked after by Tony last time and then john and chris this week. they were all really helpful, patient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Called up on a few days ago to ask if they had a bike in store. They did, however, it had not been assembled. The team assembled it in a couple of hours so that i could come in and try it out. When I arrived they were very helpful and gave me tips on how to care for the bike, things I should and shouldn't do in order to get the best and longest use from the bike and were generally friendly and cheerful. I had called up a number of bike stores on that day and puri bike were the best to deal with, I would highly recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a new bike

Our family has been going to PURI since the almost 10 years ago and will continue going back. I've still got my original M Series. The staff at this store have provided us with fantastic service, quality products, at a competitive price for years now and I can't imagine shopping elsewhere for an eBike. Do yourselves a favour and check it out....best in the business if you ask me.
