I was lucky enough to have been booked with the lovely Lydia - she is patient, kind and so friendly. She made me feel so at ease and I felt like I could ask her anything if I needed to. I really appreciated her wonderful manner and personality.

I call to make a appointment, press one n so on for 5 min thats ok , then please stay on the line your call will be answered in 1hr ? so to make a simply appointment you need to wait on the phone for one hr? i tried 2 times , believing I didn't hear it right then waited for while , no way, dont believe it , called other radiology answer in 3 seconds .

Staff were prompt and helpful. They were able to fast track the process of imaging for my diagnosis. Imagery staff were lovely as well.
