After repeaterd bad experiences with poor service and generallyunhelpful staff at Kingsway, we find it's well worth the drive over to Woodvale post office.

Rudest staff ever, tried to do passports renewal here and had to make three separate trips and they still wouldn't accept the forms despite us bringing completed forms/old passports/birth certificates/everything required. My brother is 10 and they wouldn't accept his form because he didn't have a signature. Don't bother trying to get anything done here.
