My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and taken to this post office. The woman at the post office called me, was so friendly and sent my delivery by express post at no charge. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service.

Have to say that it is a pleasure going into the Myrtleford Post Office. You always gets a smile and a welcome and nothing ever seems to be a problem. The shop side of the post office is brilliant I always pick up some lovely items for gifts and also for myself. Keep up the good work everyone.
