Motorcycle Land Ballarat

1st time dealing with this business. Went in for repairs & service to my 2009 Honda CRF230. Friendly, Helpful service, bike now running like a dream and done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this business. Thanks for your help guys.

Went to motorcycle land Ballarat for a road worthy inspection. When they called me to tell me the bike was ready for pickup they said it needed a few things and they will tell me what they were when I came in. I asked 'if you don't mind could you tell me what they are now?' the response was 'as a matter of fact I do mind. You need to come in so I can take you through the paperwork.' Then they hung up me! fearing the worst I come in on my lunch break to find the service centre empty. I waited for close to ten minutes before I went and found someone up the front who was equally rude. When they came out and explained what it needed. 4 minor things equating to $30 in parts and no more than half an hour's work. I was confused why it was such a big deal over the phone. It would have been easy to tell me what it required. I would have got them to fix it and they could have charged me for it. Instead I made sure to spend the money elsewhere and do the work myself.

Deplorable. Old geezer in the service department is unable to hide his contempt for his customers. Have thought long and hard for something positive to say about these eggs and have come up empty.

Right place, right time. The correct spare parts, when required. These guys are good!

Have dealt with Matt and Don and the team for many years and over a number of bikes. I couldn't envisage going anywhere else. Thanks guys.
