Thank you Stacey & Monique for your professional customer service over the phone today. Unfortunately, your technician failed you with his unprofessional manner to the sense of timing. As this obviously was not a major technical problem and was only a matter of purchasing a consumable product, it became an urgent issue at our end as without a replacement toner waste cartridge our whole machine does not function. Not knowing that the Ballarat office is not staffed full time and offering to drive from Daylesford to pick up said consumable and be told no one was there so I could not pick up I was informed that the technician would be at our office by 11.30am. Problem would have been solved if the technician was on the same clock, but obviously he wasn't? After phoning again at 12 noon and to be told he was on his way, still no show at 12.30pm another phone call at 12.50pm to be told he was 20-25 mins away, then another phone call at 1.30pm to be told he was 2 minutes away and he finally walked in the door at 1.50pm!!!! This attitude caused undue stress at our end as 80% of our work is through our photocopier. Extremely disappointed that replacing consumables that do not require a technician isn't made easier for businesses in regional Victoria.

They don’t even know what TCP/IP protocol is used for.nNone of the Technicians are certified MCSE.
