Supportive phone contact to arrange the repair. Technical person turned up on time with all items required. Fast efficient and friendly. VERY helpful in explaining what was being done. Exceeded my expectations and I have no hesitation I recommending. Thank you Karen.

Unfortunately, after 4 call outs and a few hundred dollars to fix our dishwasher we still have the same problem. I have paid the final bill, told them it's not fixed but they have not followed up with us... and yes, the receptionist has an unfortunate manner and could do with some training in that regard. The overall experience with this firm was very poor and I would not recommend them.

Absolutely terrible service. Speaks to women like how women were spoken to when they were confined to the kitchen and home, and this review is coming from a man.
