Absolutely terrible experience, please steer clear of this place. Took almost 3 months to fix a simple motherboard issue, and then tried to charge more than the original quote. Had also obviously dropped my computer as there was a dent and exposed internals at the back of the laptop which I am certain was not there when I dropped the laptop off, which the staff also refused to take responsibility for. Please avoid this place at all costs.

The previous review that was under my account was not written by me or approved by me. I dropped off my laptop on the 1st to fix my laptop screen as it had been playing up. Besides taking longer than I expected I had no issue with the service I received from here until a week later when my laptop screen had begun to play up again and I receive an email from google thanking me for a review I did not write. Upon inspection it seems that the technician at this store used my google account while fixing my laptop without my consent or approval to write a 5 star review for his store. This is despicable and a violation of my privacy. I’d be wary of the previous 5 star reviews written here because if he’s done it to me I’m sure he would’ve done it to others. Absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend going here at all.

GREAT SUCCESS!nThis place is my local laptop repair shop, it was also the first shop I rang to consult my laptop issue with and was greeted pleasantly by a man on the phone, who spoke clearly and kindly and assured me there is no charge if I do not want to proceed with fixing the issues they check/uncover.nnI dropped my Laptop off to Computer Laptop & Mobile Repairs, to a man called Laki, who confidently quoted me a great price an assured me he will do the best job in the best time frame.nWe had some initial communication difficulties, they were promptly resolved.nIn regards to that I suggest if you are a customer, to always write down exactly what you need looked at, have noticed or specifically need fixed.nSo there is a record of what you expect to be repaired for yourself and the repairman.nLaki does keep a copy of what is said in the consultation written down so he has a copy to check by, sometimes things can get misheard so its important for both parties to have a copy of exactly what needs repairing.nnMy laptop came with a 6 month warranty after the repair and I am very satisfied with my Laptop.nnDon't judge a book by its cover, the shop itself could do with better presentation inside and out but the service and professionalism is still high quality and I will be going back to this place for future repair work.nnI recommend you give these guys a go!nThey really looked after me and had understanding for my urgency in needing the repair done.nGreat Job Computer Laptop & Mobile Repairs!
