I don't understand the low reviews... Dr. Andrew Osborne has been a very professional doctor my whole life. I'm glad my covid test was negative :)

Booked in for travel vaccinations after being told multiple times that AMEX was accepted. The reason we booked here was because this was assured, and we were happy to wait the week, cutting it closer to our departure date. Both myself and my husband asked this question. Moreover, my husbands first question was ‘do you accept AMEX’, to which the response was ‘yes’. This occurred in light of other places not accepting this method of payment. To then be treated like liars and fools at the counter by staff is ridiculous.

Over priced and cold staff. Had been going here for 7 years but definitely time to change after our last appointments $340 bill ! This is definitely not a family orientated GP.

Worst reception I've ever seen I called theme yesterday to book an apointment they told me to come today at 8 am when I came the door was close and they said we open at 8:30 ud83dude24 so why you told me to come at 8 ??!nI ask the reception to just let me waite inside and she refuse ud83dude2b it was raining and wendy also very cold and I don't have car I had to wait in front of the door for 30 min.nThen when I went inside she said that there is no apointment today only next week ud83dude30ud83eudd2f remember that they told me COME TOMORROW !!! ud83eudd10ud83dudc94ud83dudc94ud83dudc94 so bad.
