So, this review has a story. I'm was out of town, visiting Melbourne, and was always keen on visiting Lord Uke. I've owned two, lower end, ukuleles before, and I wanted to know the difference between laminate and solid wood. Denis was welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the wide selection (and range of prices). I was honest with my price limit, and he offered several models for me to try. I absolutely fell in love with a ukulele there and he gave me a great deal. Now the guys didn't need to do that, or do anything above and beyond considering that it was close to the end of the day. But they did, and it reminded me that real service still exists in the modern world.nnIf you want to know the difference between an online seller and a real music store, then come and visit. The staff knew their stuff, weren't pushy and were genuinely interested in giving good advice and service. I now have an instrument for life, and a great story. Thank you Dennis and the team for such a wonderful experience.
