Echo Tone

WOW! I ordered a guitar online at 10am, and I was playing it by 3pm. Unbelievable. No messing around. The guitar arrived safe, and exactly as advertised. I will definitely recommend Echo to anyone who asks, and will tell this story too. I was so surprised at how fast they processed this. Great job.

Echo tone had the item I was after a bit cheaper than other stores I’ve used in the past. The purchase was smooth and easy and the item was shipped promptly. From there it’s all been downhill. The delivery service of their choosing has changed the delivery estimate multiple times and I’m yet to receive my order. Had I known the service provider being used I would have paid a bit more and used the stores I know from experience will consistently deliver next day or the day after at the latest. So I guess if you don’t mind waiting...

I got swift responses from the staff. They operate really well as a team and were able to help me during the lockdown period, despite not being able to try out the guitars in the store.
