Dr Virochana Kaul - Obs, Gynae & IVF specialist

In my opinion Dr Kaul is the best in her business she is very compassionate and very reassuring. I have been seeing Dr Kaul for the last 2 1/2 years she has helped me so much, I have very bad anxiety and do not like hospitals she has assured me and comforted me all the way through , Takes the time to listen to you and Explain everything she never rushes you , she’s very gentle and just the sweetest lady & very knowledgeable , I would trust her with my life, Well I basically do!nShe also checks on you after your operation making sure that everything has gone well and that you are okay , she always says if you need anything at any time to let her know which is very comforting. If you’re thinking about seeing Dr Kaul do not hesitate you will not be disappointed she is an amazing person I am so blessed that she’s my gyno.

I have a laparoscopy procedure and a c-section with Dr Kaul. Both times were beyond expectation. She's very good at what she does. A very caring and compassionate doctor. She came to check on me after my c-section 4 out of the 5 days I was in hospital. C-section scar was so thin barely noticeable, everything was done so quick and efficient. I highly recommend Dr Kaul.

Very efficient and knowledgeable .. Dr. Kaul is reassuring, has the listening ears and is available for you to communicate with and address your concerns..nThe staff at her rooms is friendly, would be nice if they can upgrade themselves to swifter and accurate correspondence..

I have never felt so safe with any other doctor/specialist. She is worth every penny! I met Dr Kaul over 3 years ago and she has helped me with everything I have ever needed. She is kind, caring, always there for me, great listener and has an amazing heart. She kept me positive all the way through my treatment. She is always smiling when I see her. I highly recommend Virochana. The girls in her office are also lovely and give amazing service.

I cannot even begin to express the utter incompetence, rudeness and awful experience it has been with Dr Kaul's office. Where to even begin.nn- My first appt- No internet access in the office, no copy of the referral sent through by my GP, not able to view results sent by my GP so basically $250 for 5 minutes of nothing.n- My second appt to view test results. Not all results had arrived so kind of pointless paying $250 knowing half the results are still pending. Was instructed to call the office by a specific date if the office hadn't called me by then with these.n- No follow up from office (surprise surprise)n- It then took several phone calls + 5 emails to request the doctor to call me with the pending results. I was left a voicemail message from Dr Kaul with only half the results. Again more phone calls and emails to follow up AGAIN.n- I was told my results were sent to both my doctor and posted out to me, the only thing is they were sent to the INCORRECT doctor and also to the INCORRECT postal address.n- This then takes 7 (!!) separate phone calls on my behalf to follow up the results. I was told I would be contacted back ASAP (which I wasn't again surprise surprise) resulting in me calling AGAIN in a weeks time. I was told there would now be a $50 printing fee because they sent to the wrong address.n- As of today I have still not received the results but I can tell you I am very angry and frustrated by this whole experience which I have communicated to the staff. They have a legal obligation to give results when requested and not one staff member can tell you the break down of the $50 printing fee. They will not email these results but find posting (to an incorrect address) and faxing to a doctor safer. For someone living in 2021 you would think email would be possible.nnI have never in my life dealt with such incompetence. The Dr and staff are also quite dismissive. Do yourself a favour, save your sanity and your money and book another doctor. There are so many lovely doctors out there with great front of office staff but this is certainly not one of them. I am deeply saddened to have spent any money at this doctors office. What an awful experience, especially at a time where you feel most vulnerable. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!
