I waited a while in the queue whilst one receptionist was checking in four or five people and the older receptionist named Beverly sat looking at her computer and refusing to even acknowledge anyone waiting in the queue. The difference in friendly service between the two receptionists is polar opposites. I checked in at 10:06 after waiting four minutes and she told me that a gentleman who had a later appointment checked in at 10:00. When I said I’d arrived at on time (bottom floor after parking out back) and had been waiting in the queue she said ‘No, you haven’t! So, don’t be tardy!! Otherwise staff will make arbitrary decision to knock you down the queue. Because she asked if I had been there before and I suggested the card stapled to the ultrasound order would indicate that I had. And she said to me from across the waiting room that I didn’t have to be rude. I responded to say that I was assertive, not rude. Surely you’d check the paperwork or computer before asking. I have to say having been here multiple times that it is hit and miss with the reception staff. The radiologist etc are great!! Go somewhere else if you can

5 star experience! State of the art facilities, and very friendly and accommodating reception staff. I forgot to take a mask with me, and reception kindly offered me one, without making me feel forced. The girl who performed my scan explained how it would go, and provided an estimate of how long it would take. Overall a very enjoyable experience, unlike other radiology places I have attended in the past.

I had a petscan done here and I appreciate the care and effort of the staff. Akash was an amazing person who put my safety above his own with radioactive radiation. I had a reaction and he took care of the situation. He was very caring and meticulous. The staff helped me through constantly monitoring. I would highly recommend this place.
