Incredible customer service and knowledge, great prices and an amazing variety of stock. I bought my son an electric guitar kit today and the super friendly and helpful staff helped me to put together the perfect package at a reasonable price, without any sales pressure or headaches. Purchased a couple of items online. Eight days pass and I still didn't receive any confirmation. I had to contact them only to hear they will now process my order but some items that I have paid for have gone out of stock because they took so long to process my ordernI accepted their offer that they will send the items they have in stock and the other items as soon as they arrived.nOne month later and I still did not receive the items and I have to contact them again. This time they tell me that the items are actually very hard to come by.nVery poor service! Wont be wasting my time with them again

Have always received friendly helpful service from the guys at Mega Music Wangara. Have bought 3 of my guitars here, have had other guitars serviced and regularlynpurchase my daughter's saxophone and clarinet reeds. Love having a great local music store we can go to.
