It is an absolute pleasure to have Ms. Eva Mays from Mark Hay Realty working as my Property Manager. Eva has secured top dollar throughout my rental portfolio, and has been completely professional and understanding of my needs. Eva is also well skilled and remarkably considerate in her approach to looking after my tenants. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Ms. Hays, and I am thrilled with her team.

I recently rented my property with Mark Hay and I'd happily recommend them to anyone else looking to do so. Eva was incredibly helpful in explaining the process, sorting applicants and getting the property ready to rent. It's early days yet, but I am thoroughly pleased with the service here.

Recently I was offered by a tenant to sign up to a lease to a property managed by Mark Hay Realty Group. Initially I was quoted a price based on the monthly rent currently paid by the two occupants for a lease that is due to expire in six months. The plan was to put me on that lease when the other person vacates.nnNOT RESPONSIVE - Once the application process started it was an effort to get hold of the right people, even though the property management was notified by the tenant I had to find out for myself what the deal was and drag the information out of the property manager to get the ball rolling. Their attitude was passive, they did not seem interested, I did not feel they were accommodating and therefore not at all client oriented.nnNOT PROFESSIONAL - To get the information to the right person I requested an email of the property manager and was jokingly misquoted an email by the receptionist when I was trying to send an important email with sensitive documentation.nnDISHONEST - Once I sent through proof of my income, the process stalled and I was later notified by the tenant that if I sign up to the lease the price for the property would increase for some unknown reason. If I didn't, it would stay the same, for some reason. This was obviously a deal breaker for me and I presume that it put the current lease holder under financial strain not to mention emotional stress. Since I was confident that my application was in order, which was confirmed to me that it was, I gave in notice to terminate my current lease agreement. Now that this has backfired I am facing a distressing situation of finding a place to live. This situation, this attitude and behaviour is not only negligent, it is a complete disregard for people's lives.nnWARNING FOR TENANTS - these people are not on your side. Make sure that you get everything in writing and keep thorough records.nnLESSONS LEARNED- As a guest in the country, this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience. This sort of approach I would expect in an Asian street market but its amusing to realize that this happens here too, only in a more subtle and hidden way.nnBased on my experience I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I have rented with Andrew. He is easy communicate and always approachable when issue arise. I recommend Andrew, Mark Hey strongly.

Daniel Porcaro was professional, hard working and excellent to deal with. He made himself available at all times, no matter what the time was. Highly recommend him.
