I vacated one of their properties 5 weeks ago. I have been waiting for my final bond report this long. The property manager will not answer my emails.nnI eventually got a response. I believe the property manager was trying to come up with a way to charge me for a water bill for the outdoor tap that was running and they would not replace.nShe ended up charging me $300 for rose pruning. The rose bush has not even been pruned. I drive past the property every day.nNever have I heard of a small rose bush costing $300 to prune.

I have always found the staff helpful and understanding as a tenant of one of their properties for several years. Maintenance requests are always responded to promptly. I have had no issues with the staff inspecting the premises and making unreasonable demands. I would recommended the company.
