Rented through this agent for just under 2years and they were by far the best agent we have been with. Always super responsive and never had a single issue getting any maintenance done. I highly recommend using this agent.

I vacated one of their properties 5 weeks ago. I have been waiting for my final bond report this long. The property manager will not answer my emails.nnI eventually got a response. I believe the property manager was trying to come up with a way to charge me for a water bill for the outdoor tap that was running and they would not replace.nShe ended up charging me $300 for rose pruning. The rose bush has not even been pruned. I drive past the property every day.nNever have I heard of a small rose bush costing $300 to prune.

I have rented through Mt Lawley Realty for 2 years and have had an excellent experience with them. They are friendly, professional and responded to requests quickly. Their contractors were efficient and accommodating when attending to any issues. Lisa is a great PM! ud83dude0a

I have always found the staff helpful and understanding as a tenant of one of their properties for several years. Maintenance requests are always responded to promptly. I have had no issues with the staff inspecting the premises and making unreasonable demands. I would recommended the company.

I find the staff very easy to converse with and always willing to help. Lisa my Rental Agent has been on my side when it comes to assistance with any problem I’ve had in the property the past 3 years regardless what it is ud83dude0a I recommend Mount lawley For anything realty the staff are helpful, kind and easy to deal with, I would definitely stay with this reality
