My wife and I currently lease a property through Acton Mount Lawley. Customer service is brilliant - staff have been nothing but friendly and courteous in every interaction. In particular, Brian Purvey has been fantastic and is honestly one of the most professional property managers we have ever dealt with. Brian has always made himself available and is very responsive to any maintenance queries we've had. It has been a pleasure to lease through Acton Mount Lawley and we look forward to maintaining our relationship with Brian and the team.

Deb Davey is my property manager and she is absolutely amazing! Over the last 10 years I have been renting with Acton she has been so helpful and accommodating to my needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and I always feel she has my best interests at heart. A lovely lady and I will be sad to cut ties with her when we move later this year. I would highly recommend Deb and Acton Mt Lawley. I could not be happier with my dealings with them over the years. A massive thank you to you Deb! :)

My husband and I own 3 properties in Perth . All 3 are being managed by Acton Mount Lawley and by Brian Purvey. Brian is one of the best property managers I have ever had . He is professional, pragmatic and extremely personable and friendly. He found 3 top notch tenants for us, is diligent in managing all 3 properties. He is super responsive and everything is done on a timely manner. He always does right by both Tenants and Owners and that is quite rare in the industry. I really enjoyed working with Brian and hope this will be a forever relationship for as long as we own properties in Perth.

Deb Davey is a fantastic property manager. Always pleasant, prompt and efficient. She has been a great support over the last few years. The team at Acton also excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Brian was the rental agent of the house that I recently purchased. And I have found that he has been more helpful than the settlement agent that I hired to help me through the property transfer process. At all times he has been friendly, helpful and provided me with information that I would never have otherwise received. I highly recommend Brian to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
