As a trade requested to undertake a job by a tenant of four years with this company, I sent a text to the property manager asking her to call me when the office was open next, the reply was for me to call them at a particular time & if that did not suit they would find someone else to undertake the job. It appears that arrogance pervades & asking someone to call you to discuss an issue is way beyond reasonable, I do not intend to do the job & I wish the tenant all the best with this organisation.

Highly recommend Emily for her outstanding professionalism and service. Any issues regarding the property were promptly taken care of and she was able to accomodate when it was needed. Emily was both fair and considerate when it came to any discrepancies during our tenure. I would happily go through Professionals Michael Johnson & Co Mount Lawley again in the future and recommend anyone looking to rent to go through them.

Overall a really positive experience as tenants for 4 years. We had 3 PMs over that time and they were all friendly, helpful, responsive to requests and acted on maintenance issues promptly and without issue.nnI took one star off (really it should be a half star though) due to the post-vacate inspection process. I think this is more a reflection on Perth/WA real estate in general than MJ&Co because the focus of vacate inspections seems to be on finding flaws/deficiencies in the cleaning rather than deciding if the property is suitably clean for the next tenants. I have rented about 10 houses in my life, 8 in Melbourne and 2 in Perth, I never had any issues with the vacate clean in Melbourne but the 2 houses in Perth both found issues with the clean.nnThis however was a minor hiccup in the scheme of things and we were really happy with the service provided to us.
