Very professional agent. renting with them from Jun18 to Aug 19, was a memorable experience. quick response and effective on problem solving. even after 2 years when I need a copy of tenancy agreement , they been very helpful on assisting me to track it down.

The staff were really fantastic and very understanding. I really appreciated the assistance and easy way of communicating with the staff and contractors they used. I really felt at home with the property and communicating between Woodville Property and the owners was excellent.nThey contributed to a very happy and positive experience - I completely loved the rental they found me, next to family and everything I wanted. I would definitely go through them again.

Great people, Honest, easy to deal with.

We were tenants of a property managed by Woodville for 2 years and were not impressed by the service that was provided.nnTheir inspections were lazy, they conducted them on schedule but it was obvious that they didn't actually bother to check anything properly - instead they usually just found something silly to nitpick and write on the form to make it look like they were doing their job instead of pinpointing the real issues.nnThey refused to tell us when the final inspection would be and did it without consulting us despite me firmly asking for a day and time both in person and in writing. This is a breach of our rights as tenants, we have to be given a reasonable opportunity to attend the inspection.nnThey let a tradie onto our property without our permission, they gave him the keys without informing us and we didn't actually find out that he'd entered our house until after the fact. This is a unacceptable and against the law, the only reason we decided not to file a breach was because we were only a few months away from ending our lease and didn't want to antagonise Woodville and risk not getting our bond back.nnWe had several other experiences similar to this, they are bullies and their communication with us was usually very poor. Our landlords were none the wiser as it appeared from their end that Woodville were providing good and efficient service, but it was clear from our end that they cut corners and don't have any regard for their tenants. Our awful dealings with them was ultimately the straw that broke the camel's back and motivated us to move out.

They are always nice and accommodating when you go to their office to submit the documents they needed and give you enough time before they do the house inspection..
