Dr Harlock John Fracs

Excellent surgeon. The septoplasty changed my life (for the better). I can now breathe much more freely and sleep, 6 hours per night instead of 3. Dr Harlock kept me well informed both before and after the operation. After care is great. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. And on top of all that, very reasonably priced.

I nearly cancelled my appointment after all the terrible reviews. It was shocking to hear what others had written and it actually scared me. The night before the appointment I was ready to cancel in the morning but throughout the night my ear became progressively worse. I thought I would turn up at least to get his professional opinion. I found he was a gentle and knowledgeable doctor. He took his time and listened to all my concerns and most of all he knew how to treat my ear. After having so many unsuccessful treatments with GP's, you can imagine the relief I felt when I was finally able to know what it was and how it needed to be treated.nAll I can say, is be open to your own experience and don't let others or any reviews put you off, as I'm so glad I went.

Those who are coming here to judge the negative reviews, the main complaint is his skills as a rhinoplasty surgeon, forget it. He should stay away from doing noses. He destroyed mine. He did things I specifically asked him not to do. He cut into the sides for no reason. I spent an extra 21k after my surgery with him on revisions rhino to fix the mess Dr Harlock created. I actually had two awkward lumps. He destroyed my nose and it cost me a lot of money. He separated my septum from the rest of my nose and it wobbled loose. He has done it to other people as you can read at ratemd. He takes no responsibility for the mess he makes doing rhinoplasties. I don't know why he bothers anymore. He is a disaster. I tried to complain to the medical board and got no where.

Dr Harloock is a fantastic surgeon. I had a septoplasty done on the 8th May 2017nI can now breath through my nose. I have never been able to breath through my nose ,until Dr Harlock did the surgery.nI had a severe reaction to two drugs given under anaesthesia.nHe admitted me back to hospital,after first prescribing an anti emetic to stop the vomiting.nI felt better after some if fluids and different drugs I didn't react to.nnRegardsnLeanne Bengtsson

I waited for over 3 months for my appointment and he had the nerve to cancel it 4 hours before my appointment on the Day. I received a message when I landed in Perth saying please call back urgent so I did. I got a voice message saying they are closed. So when they was open I personally went in to rebook and they wanted me to wait another 2 months seriously. So I asked for my referral back and told them to stick it where the sun don't shine. I also live 500km out of Perth and do FIFO they didnt care at all.So unprofessional disgusting. Go and find another ENT Specialist, don't waste your time and money.
