I'm hearing impaired. Came to know Hearing Plus in 2012. Audiologist Alex conducted tests and fittings. Over the years my hearing deteriorated. Technological advancement helped improve performance of devices. This year Alex helped with trial use of Phonak B-Direct 50 with tv connector. The most amazing result and benefit I got is mobile phones conversations and tv sounds are streamed directly to my ears. The sounds are clear. It's like having my hearing restored. I'm very happy with the way Alex guided me to these devices and assisted me throughput the trial and final fitting.
