I have finally decided to leave this practice after 12 years. Consultations are approximately 7 mins, generally after waiting for an hour and are extremely expensive, it works out to $37.00 per minute and if you need to have a sample removed or if Dr brand decides to dry ice something that will double your bill.nReception staff are rude and neglect to advise any patients of a wait time or accept any concerns over cost. I asked for an email address and was told they dont have email!!!nI understand specialists have trained for along time but this practice is over the top and it has the ugliest art work I have seen anywhere.

Don't bother with this place if you need to see someone urgently, only accepts referral by FAX number,,please get into the 21 century! Is anyone going to send a scam referral by email do you think?? Or maybe they still have dial up internet at this office,got to laugh at it,,going elsewhere thanks

Had to wait a long time for an appointment, then disappointing. The doctor I saw didn't explain much and I didn't feel reassured. The premises are truly strange, converted from who knows what, to make offices. Creepy in the extreme.

Missed an appointment after 20 years! Been charged 150 dollars and cannot re book until paid!! I always was on time for my appointment, yet waited between 1-2 hours to be seen for 10 minutes! Where is my compensation for my wasted time?????? Rude female staff member who couldn’t care less!!
